The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting management in all aspects of operations to obtain optimum efficiency to maximize the full potential of the Hotel. The Operations Assistant will be proficient in housekeeping, maintenance, front desk hosting, inventory control, ongoing quality assessment, and training new employees. This role should be viewed as a professional position.
Front Desk Host
The Front Desk Host will personify our commitment to take care of people by creating a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment for our guests. They will check guests in and out, make reservations, and support management in each aspect of operations of the Hotel. The Front Desk Host will be proficient in inventory management, ongoing quality assurance, daily laundry duties, and communicating with guests, management, and other team members cheerfully and respectfully.
Guest Room Host
The Guest Room Host is responsible for welcoming our Guests to an environment of cleanliness and friendliness by cleaning guest rooms and common areas of the Hotel to Company and Brand standards and providing cheerful hospitality to all who stay with us.
